**** in collections is a joke. No one was able to help me after I overnighted my check to pay my car off. TBH I think everyone just hands each other the phone when someone wants to speak to a manager. I cannot wait to not have to deal WITH THESE PEOPLE.Review from Jacqulyn W

Refinanced my car 2 years ago thru this sorry company. I found out about 6 months ago that they are NOT reporting my ON TIME PAYMENTS to the credit bureaus at all. None. Therefore, messing up my *************** to get another vehicle (doesnt show an open auto loan being active makes it HARD.), or to pay it off since they dont send people's titles either. I have talked to SEVERAL different people at Innovate. All say the same and apologize. Say to wait ***** days and it will show. Its BULL. This company is such a SCAM. Where is my money going?!?!?! I bought a **************************** ******** and got Innovate to finance the loan. I made all my payments on time; I traded in my car several months later. I called the warranty company and the Eastern dealership, to cancel my warranty and get my refund. The dealership did cancel the warranty, but they mailed the check to Innovate. I am not sure why? between the dealership and the Innovate, they make it very painful to cancel a warranty that took less than 5 minutes to sig for, when you purchase your car.I am still trying to get a hold of someone in their title department to discuss, where is the warranty refund, that I paid for. It's been 2 months or more since the cancellation and the car was paid in full and I am still trying to track down my warranty cancellation refund.Review from Damien R

Has not reported a single payment to credit company. I've tried contacting multiple times about pay off because I cannot see the balance or how much I've paid on website. Also when I set up loan my payment was supposed to be 500. Which was the only reason I was refinancing. Now after all their fees and crazy interest my payment is almost what it was before. This company is one of the worst I have ever worked with. I paid my car off 9 months ago and they have not sent me my title. They have lied, lost documentation and have disregarded all off my efforts to contact them to try to rectify this matter. There is no management, they are incompetent and their staff is just awful to work with.Review from Tina C

Repossessed my car, 5 days later its at the auction, I spoke to representative who told me to send the payment via money gram, however the lady at ******* said she needed a subtitle for car payment to enter in the information to my surprise she said this is not working. So I called to let them know I was trying to send the payment, was on hold for 30 minutes of my life I cant get back, nevertheless I didnt pay it, 2 payments, I retrieved my property out of the car and paid up my Tesla note, Shady to say the least and I dont recommend them at all!!!Review from XRay R

I've been trying to get someone to contact me back for over a month regarding my Vehicle Title... My car has been paid for over 2 to three Yrears! They're telling me they can't find me in the system... Agents lie and say someone will call but NEVER DO! Supervisors has lied as well! No one has reached out and I definitely will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow! I've been helped by no one and have spoken to about 15 agents...! No has returned my call or my emails! Going on a month regarding my title... IT'S IMPERATIVE that I receive my TITLE A.S.A.P. This is a legal matter and I will get my attorney involved... SOMEONE with AUTHORITY needs to get back to TODAY... I WILL BE TAKING FUTHER MEASURES! ******************************* NEVER called or return any of my several text messages! Im highly upset with the unprofessionalism of all of the agents and Supervisors of this company! Someone needs to respond...! I have a active loan with this company. They have not reported none of my payments to the credit bureaus in almost a year, their system say my loan is paid off when I call their automated number, their contact info phone and address is wrong on *********** websites, now there number is disconnected and I cant even get in contact with them at all, my payment history for the whole year of 2022 of me paying them has disappeared off the website and I received a loan from them in oct. 1, 2021 and have never had any late payments. I feel like this company is stealing from me because I have different breakdowns that Ive ask them to send me of my payments, interest, and balance and every time they send one the numbers are different from time I started paying the loan back. Something need to be seriously done about innovate auto finances. People are paying them and they are stealing funds, messing up folks credit!Review from Robert M

I helped my friend out I let him use my debit card for two payments. Then he canceled my debit card with the company. I even went to my bank and canceled my debit card. a month later the loan company got a hold of my new bank card an took two payments from my bank and is refusing to pay me my money back. My name is not on the paperwork title or anything, Miss Dana, the collections manager refuses to talk to me on the phone and they refused to give me her bosses number. No one should ever do business with them, and they should be shut down. Miss Dana was very rude inconsiderate, and all it takes is a push of a button to refund my money, and they refuse to do so . Bad business, bad business, and they have no heart as they have put me in a very serious financial crunch.
