The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

I ordered a part from Parts Tree owned by Hill Country Outdoor Power. The website gave shipping options. One shipping option was overnight delivery by 10:40am the nest morning for $99.00. The part I was buying was only $42. I purchased two of them since I was paying double the price for shipping. I needed the part for the next day desperately which is why I agreed to the $99 shipping fee. When it did not show up, I called. They said I ordered too late to get the overnight shipping. I told them their system should not offer overnight delivery after certain hours, if they cannot perform. I had to go buy a new piece of equipment because ai had to have it for today. They refused to refund or even reduce the shipping charge. Sent photo stating overnight delivery to receive by 10:30am next morning. Shows ordered yesterday @ 6:45pm

How does a company justify selling me an item, putting a hold on my card then instead of a shipping confirmation, sending an email from ******* saying "its gonna be an additional $50 for shipping because the item is bigger than we thought"? You don't know the size of the items you are selling? That's some BS.
