      This company can not be trusted. I was drive North bound on the 183 close to Hero way in the early afternoon and one of their trucks (#****) was in the number 1 lane and was throwing 3/8 pea gravel all over the road and broke my windshield in 2 different spots. I pulled up aside him and tried to get him to pull over and he ignored me. Then I tried a second time and he gave me the finger and then exited the toll road. So I called the office and talked to a really nice lady ******, she said the manger for that truck was out to lunch. She reassured me that the company would cover my windshield. That was on Friday afternoon of course the manger never called me back. On Tuesday I called again and talk to the ***************************. He said that there was a tarp on the truck, I explain to him yes but the tarp was only covering one part of the back of the truck. The tarp looked like it was ripped to me. He told me that the driver said I was mad at him because he was driving to slow. I was on the North bound **************** the mid afternoon, there are 3 empty lanes. There was plenty of room to pass him.. I was mad because my truck got hit at least 8 times with gravel!! ****** said they are not covering any of the damages. He said I should have pulled off the road and exchanged insurance info. I told him I would have but the driver waited until on was on his left side then he exited the toll road. Why exchange insurance info , if you aren't going to cover it?? It's been fun telling the story to my neighbors that use this company, I'm pretty sure they are going to get some cancelations!!! New windshield would have been cheaper!! Sorry it's hard to take a picture of a windshield

      They did not provide vide the service I requested and after numerous times of talking back and forth I decided to not pay them anymore. Then they now have referred me to a collection agency. I dont think this is fair customer service.

      We have used Emerald lawns for fertilizing and weed control for many years now and our yard speaks for itself, we have a green and healthy lawn. The technicians always provide great service and are quick and thorough. If there is ever a missed weed, all I have to do is call them and someone comes out. My neighbor across the street recently started using them because our lawn always looks fantastic.

      Been with Emerald over 5 years. I have engaged their lawn, sprinkler and tree services. If you are home when any come by, talk to the service tech, they love to tell you why they are doing what they are doing. My take 1. Lawn - prompt and very communicative. My yard looks deep and green. I don't always use their aeration or mulching services as there are still some things I like to do on my own.2. Sprinkler - ********** them cam from a sprinkler leak in the middle of my driveway. The builder did not install (20+ years ago) correctly, but Emerald's team along with a concrete person they recommended fixed it all.3. ********************** and his crew ROCK. I was loosing a legacy oak - teaming up, we saved it. Regular service to the trees keeps ***************.Thanks all.

      I used Emerald Lawns last year and my last treatment was in December. My grass only kept on getting worse and worse. the tech only wanted more and more money and expensive treatments. I did the Winter soil conditioner($59.54), Lawn Harmonizer and weed barrier ($59.54), fall root zone feeding ($70.36), Topdressing and aeration ($406.34), Lawn stress reliever ($59.54) Grubworm control ($89.41) and on and on. I spent a few thousand dollars and I just ended up with dried up, burnt grass. They fried my grass! After all that they still continued to come and bill me for the service. DO NOT USE THEM OR FALL FOR THE EXTRA CHARGES AND TREATMENTS!!! Here some pictures of my horrible lawn, I wish I could put sound on the pictures but it sounds crunchy all the way through.

From the pictures you attached, the lawn appears to be dormant and not burnt as you referenced, this is what to expect with ******* grass in February. We guarantee our work with free service calls between applications, however, you canceled your account and we have not been on the property for 3 months.       I hired them for fertilizing, weed control and ant control.After the last service I had with them in early summer, they fried my lawn. I immediately expressed my unsatisfactory experience with them. I got the run around and they continued to bill me for the service. I continued to communicate with them about what happened and that the charges should be adjusted/removed.I then received letters from a collections agency that they had sent the bill to them.I sent an email stating that this needed to be resolved. Finally - months after they burnt my lawn, a manager shows up unannounced. He began taking pictures and I told him that it had been months and my lawn has been repaired since the damage.He assured me that he would zero my bill out and remove it from collections. It is now almost a month later and I have received more bills from the collector. The manager - *****- will no longer respond.Today I called the office once again and this time asked for a regional manager. I was told the ** of the company was *********************** and he would be calling me. Well, a quick search shows that *********************** is the customer relations manager. Not the **. Clearly, the lack of professionalism and the lying runs throughout all departments is in this company.I posted a comment on the ** page and they quickly deleted and blocked me. So now, the headache they have given me dealing with this can be theirs also. It would have been very simple to handle this professionally, address my concerns and resolve it quickly. But here we sit months later.

We needed very little research, after I spoke with ***** and a quick look at the notes from when you reported the issue in May to get the ball moving on this resolution for you. I have sent a note to the office to get your account removed from collections and to clear any balance on the account. I apologize for the frustration in getting this resolved and it should have been addressed when you first called in about the concerns. From an agronomic side of things (which should have been the discussion in May), it looks like your lawn had a fungus present during the application.       *************************** has serviced our Trees, *************** and has done an excellent job for us. Always lets me know when he arrives, ask if I have any questions or concerns. Has helped me understand how I should be watering and pruning my plants.He is a true asset to Emerald Lawns.
