Initiated project for kitchen remodel April 12,2021. Due to Covid 19 shipping delays, project did not begin until October 25, 2021. Project was going fairly well until we had the countertops and backsplash installed. Backsplash has multiple areas of imperfections with uneven tiles and poor tile cuts. Sheetrock repairs have not been completed/corrected. We keep being told to trust the process. The owner has been here, took multiple photos and agreed to repairs, punch list. There has been minimal communication during the past week. The communication/text request if we available now for contractors to come in. If were not available at that moment, nothing gets done and nothing gets rescheduled.

Their commercials on the evening news state that they do kitchen and bath remodeling. However, it seems they prefer very large, extensive remodeling jobs - not as they advertise that they want to help you with 'your remodeling job'. If it's not a large one, they won't be interested.

    04/10/2022

**************,In order to give everyone the best possible remodeling experience, we cannot take on every job. Because we specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and your job involved extensive amounts of flooring and subflooring work, we thought it was in both of our best interests that you contact someone who specializes in flooring. I do apologize if this came across as anything other than making sure you get in touch with the right person for your particular job.

    Customer Response

As I explained to your staff, I was willing to do a bathroom remodel to meet your definition of an acceptable job. My home is very open concept so to update the flooring in just the kitchen area and bathroom would not have been acceptable. In speaking with the design associate, it was very clear that he felt the job was beneath him even though I reminded him that a bathroom remodel was included. I need a professional installer, not a handyman as the designer insinuated. I have a Host Home for my adult disabled child and must pass an annual state inspection.
