Business ProfileforIndeed

I've been using Indeed to apply for work for at least 20 years, and am not able to recall being hired through Indeed to work for a company at ANY TIME IN THE PAST. This website is a farce; to say nothing of the amount of assessments they assign you to do. This website is a laughable joke, and somebody should enforce some changes to this company. Apparently it is supposed to be reputed to be the best in the business, and I have found it to be anything but. Less qualified applicants are chosen, and they in turn constenly lack the use my expertise and background and suffer for it. I demand my resume to be regarded in the same respect AS EVERYONE ELSE'S IS. According to their behaviors and actions, and their utter disregard for my need to be employed AS IMMEDIATELY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, one would assume I was either inept, incompetent, or stupid. I am neither of these, and do not appreciate being recognized as such. I realize people are not perfect, but this has been going on for FAR TOO LONG, and it just isn't right. I've been meaning to let the BBB know about this for some time, hoping things would change, but they obviously haven't, and I sadly don't even think this review will help me any, either. I deserve to be treated with the same respect ANYONE ELSE IS, at any rate. I wish something could be done about this, and I wish (and demand) that these changes STAY implemented. It wouldn't hurt anybody to hire me, and do the right thing. The companies I am hired for by other job search engines simply never pay enough. What is stopping Indeed from putting me to work, anyway? I have the qualifications, skills, and background to succeed ANYWHERE. I will not have ANYBODY WHATSOEVER persist that I am not capable of doing a job I am so obviously qualified for.
