My husband and I are disputing ALL charges associated with this account ranging from $3,817.74 to $4,148.27 as my husband and I have never ever received the product from your vendor.Back in July 26,2020 (yes almost 3 years ago), my husband and I visited Benchmark Jewelers to purchase a crucifix for my husband as a 25th wedding anniversary gift. The salesman at Benchmark Jewelers (his name is ***) promised to customize the jewelry to meet my husbands wishes. However, the jewelry was never customized nor was it delivered nor provided to us. The Salesman provided us with alternative options but never said he couldnt provide us with our customize request nor did my husband nor I agree to any of the alternative options he presented. He never hand delivered nor provided us with any products just pictures. So, we are not sure why our account has been charged since we have not received any jewelry for this purchase. Our 25th Anniversary has come and gone and at this point we are no longer interested in the jewelry promised to us by the Sales Representative. I submitted a dispute letter to the creditor in 11/2/20 and didn't hear from them until recently that monies was still owed to them. I've disputed the charges again on May 2, 2023 and am told I have to dispute with the Vendor. However, I've tried multiple time to reach the caproate Benchmark Jewelers but with no avail to get them to return my call. The jeweler charged our account without our consent and without my approval as the customize jewelry piece was never made and never delivered to us - this is fraud!
