Absolutely love Carter Irrigation, especially ***** the tech. Owned our home for 21 years and have had several Irrigation companies and techs out over those years but none as good as Carter Irrigation and *****. Best customer service starting with making the appointment. The staff kept me informed of the arrival time and ***** was perfectly on time. He quickly diagnosed and repaired all of my problems fixing and balancing the sprinkler heads. He did in an hour what it would have taken me a weekend, lots of frustration and several trips to ******. In this 100+ degree heat, time and exposure is money. Todays experience with Carter Irrigation was money well spent. There are just some things better left to the Pros. DIY only goes so far.Review from Bobbie B

We are very satisfied with Carter a irrigation provides. We've called for emergency, as well as, routine service. Extremely happy with their prompt response, professional, and knowledgeable service. They always go above and beyond to help.

This is easy to do! Carter Irrigation sent me, I believe, their very best! After I showed him my problems and listened to his plans for resolution I got excellent recommendations to improve my system to extend its serviceable life which provided me the confidence I had found the right company to meet my needs. I could see him efficiently moving from problem area to problem area with efficiency and purpose, the end result was every thing was perfectly resolved, backfill, housing with covers for my values, etc etc etc which would impress the toughest perfectionist. 15 years ago Carter Irrigation put in our sprinkler system. It worked great no worn marks on the fence like we see in other neighborhoods. They have serviced our system over the years, their repair prices are very reasonable and we haven't had any issues except a few worn out heads and heads our yard man ran over. I've used ******************************************* since he installed my system 15 years ago. Small jobs here and there had been done well until the last couple of years. A year or so ago I had some work done and was surprised by the inflated charge for parts which we discussed and corrected to something more reasonable. I called in March to have some repairs done and was charged $395 for 13 heads and 3 valves which cost around $80 retail at **********. (490% markup) . I have sent a letter and have left 5 messages since then without any response from the owner *****. I have no problem paying for ***** but drastically overcharging for parts is not acceptable. "
