Volusion charged me for a Service "Ecommerce" for a business I never owned and business that I never heard of this company. They used my credit card to take out monthly payments!!!!!! This continued for 5 years. The credit card Bill listed there name as"HTTPVOLUSIONTX- PERSONAL". I was under the misconception that it was my hearing aid companies warranty!!!!! When I found out that the hearing aid company did no longer cover my hearing aid since the warrany time expired I called Volusion they said that the company and also my credit card could only refund 3 months of payment. The resulting refund that they refused to pay was $1131.00. I understand that because I did not authorize Volusion that this is a FRAUD case. . I live in ********** and since they do not have an office in ********** any more I could not file a claim and the court returned my Small Claims Court Filing. Rating is ZERO>Review from Sidra R

TOTAL SCAM...BEWARE!! There was a $1 charge to my bank account as a "test" from Volusion and Grow with ************ did NOT authorize. I don't know how or when my personal information was given to this company. I did not have any dealings with these companies and when I attempted to contact them, I got the automated operator run-around. Was not able to speak with anyone!!Review from Beth W

I'd leave Zero Stars if allowed. I received a charge on my account for something I never ordered or signed up for. I do not know how this company got my information.Review from Nat C

ADMIN.VOLUSION.COM ******* TXUS There was a $65 charge to my bank account from above mentioned company and I did NOT authorize it. I don't know how or when my personal information was given to this company. I don't even KNOW what business this company is in but there should be a verification of some sort before you charge anyone.Review from Dan W

I have been a Volusion customer for *****. In that time they have been hacked and had data stolen, f*&ked up my site by making changes and "upgrades" but one thing they have been great about is making sure they charged my credit card on time. I was on a ****** plan and was making good money.....NOPE can't have that....They raised my monthly rate to over $600 with no notification. The last straw was July. They "sun-setted" supporting my payment gateway. Sales went to zero with no explanation. They claim they sent an internal message....This is why Volusion will go back into bankruptcyReview from Chester D
