Worst insurance company Ive ever dealt with.Paying outrageous premiums and they wont even pay for my prescriptions.Every time I get customer service on the phone they either disconnect or I get hung up on when they find out its a complaint. Believe every word these reviewers say. The American Worker ***************** will let you down.What a horrible company that plays with consumers money and their health needs. I told my company that Im quitting only because they switched to this terrible insurance.Review from Abbie W

If I could leave no stars I would. This "insurance company" is a scam. They say they cover services and then refuse to cover them when you submit a claim. So instead of paying for coverage I'm paying for a laminated card that means absolutely nothing. I submitted a claim and was told it would take ***** days to process. I finally got tired of waiting and called them after 2 months, they still hadn't processed the claim but suspiciously enough my stuff was denied the next day. If you are an idiot like me who took a job via a staffing agency, steer clear of this "insurance company" because all they're going to do is s**** you over and run you in circles after submitting a claim. And if you think this is exaggeration, the booklet says they'll cover flu shots and I just received a denial of coverage for my flu shot. This company is a huge joke and the people they employee are blind to how corrupt the company is. Do yourself a favor and get insurance elsewhere because you'll need to see a doctor after the beating you take from this place.Review from Armando R.

This company is still charging me for drafts after I have stopped being covered by their health benefits for over a month. They have charged my account twice and given me only 48 hours to dispute the charges. The only correspondence I have received from them are two emails and when I have tried calling their offices are closed. How is this fair? How is this convenient for its clients? In what part of the country does charging money for services not rendered mean that it's okay? This company is little more than a corporate thief and I will call and get my money back or I will escalate getting my bank and a lawyer involved if I have to do so. I would not do business either as a client or have anyone in my business be covered by this company. I will tell everyone I know about the poor business practices. You earn your reputation, no one earns it for you.Review from Michael M

It seems like they don't pay their part of any **** that the service provider (doctor's ******* sends them. They claim they are "paid" but how much did they pay? "$0.00". Then the service provider wants you to pay what the insurance didn't pay. The service provider just writes off a ***** of the **** because it's part of being in the network, but as far as this insurance paying what they are supposed to, nadda, nothing, zero. I've yet to have a single claim pay anything out of 5 claims. One was just seeing a doctor because of illness. Thank goodness my employer is dropping them this month but there is still claims to pay before that. I thought the entire purpose of insurance was to pay part of the medical bills. What else are they good for? I'm sure I could find another place to send extra money that I don't want. After 3 years of paying in I only finally used the insurance and now the doctors want to know where their money is. I'm going to try one more time to get my claims paid for their part, and then I'm filing a law suit. S**** the appeal process. They just want to make you go through that so maybe you will just give up and go away. The customer service line is actually good and they want to help. That's the only reason for 2 stars. The first claim, the customer service person on the line said it was a mistake and they would resubmit it but it would take 45 days to get a decision. You aren't supposed to have to fight them. They are just supposed to do what they are supposed to do. They don't.Review from Paula H

I was automatically enrolled into this insurance from my job. I called to cancell in April. They gave me a confirmation number. They are taking money out if my check until the end of May. They will not refund any money. This not right.Review from Andy l

This insurance is a total scam I got it through circle k of all places the big corporation this insurance pays nothing for doctor's visits paid nothing from medicine pays nothing at all you try to call them you get recordings and when you call the pharmacy line they tell you everything is $10 except when you put it in for a prescription then you can get through a better deal through good RX than through them but they still charge you take the money out of your check every time stay away from this bogus insurance!!!!!Review from Mary B

If I could give this company Zero stars I would, I called assuming it was healthcare.gov and was advised by a representative to change over plans, I asked whats the name of the insurance company and they advised that it was private healthcare. I then started receiving emails from ********** GlicRx with plan details. I later called healthcare marketplace and was advised that they are in no way affiliated and deduced that I was scammed. I was able to flag the transaction of $761.85, but was later threatened by this said insurances representatives that I will be discontinued from all health insurances in the future and my credit card company will terminate the use. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS FRAUD. - refrain from calls or interaction with them. Youll think that youre getting a better insurance deal, only to find out that they are fraudulent and will not let you cancel their plans later on. If youre in a position financially to take legal action against them please do so.Review from Janiece M

The worst ***************** without a doubt. After being provided with a list of ************** I proceeded to call 25 OFFICES THAT ALL DENIED ME. Why? Because they simply can. Because even though I pay every month for my insurance without fail, these offices can still say no. The customer service for the insurance is great - IF YOU CAN SPEAK TO A HUMAN. The phone makes you scream "SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE" about 50 times before you're put through to one. I hate everything about this insurance. I've gotten no help from anyone. And I'm still not able to schedule an appointment.Review from Alexis T.

Worst health insurance ! They literally cover NOTHING . They also never answer any of my labcorp bills stating each time they never get it! I have to keep having them send them back out to the insurance company . It is such a joke ! Miraculously they always get it the 2nd or 3rd time the **** is sent to them but never the first ! I cant wait to get out of this insurance company as soon as I can . What a joke and customer service I dont even wanna go there
