Blu Glo installed our sound system in 2012. The sound system works fine. Periodically we've had concerns with the *** remote control. There was usually anywhere to a couple of days to a week lag time before they would respond to requests for help. ***** would call, set up an appointment and show up as he committed to. He's very knowledgeable with good suggestions regarding your audio visual equipment. My last contact with ***** was in Dec 2020/ Jan 2021. For the past two months my remote control has been on a slow demise. My husband and I have both tried contacting them at the phone number listed on their website. We've left messages, but have not received a response. The voicemail message says that this number has not been setup for voicemail now when we call. I've sent message through their portal still no response. It's as if they've closed their business even though their website is still active. Due to the lack responsiveness I would not engage them for any new installations you maybe contemplating.
