Find another builder. I still have issues that are discovered after 3 years. - -Installed hose bibs instead of garden bibs. I had to repair.-- some of the Floor molding looks like a 12 year old completed it.-- stucco cracks near windows -- warped exterior metal doors -- concrete flatware cracks with some areas are uneven. Footings had holes from improper fill and excavation. Had to be called back. -- Installed a malfunctioning cieling fan. -- window screens are improperly fitted. -- sheet rock screws coming through the texture.-- exterior doors have play.Water outlets coming through bathroom tiles and stucco have play.-- had to be called back to fix sheet rock holes fron portruding plumbing. -- bad housekeeping on more than several occasions. Workers wiped mud from thier shoes on interior framing. They give you only 3 days to identify discrepancies when moving in. Whitestone will not allow you to hire any other contractors until they complete thier work unless you hire through them. They use an excuse that it will interfere with thier operations when it is outside the realm of thier operations. They charge for extra outlets to be installed when there is minimal work associated with it.

Horrible Builder( I would not even call them a builder). From the top down this company has many issues. My Super never answers the phone, I have to send texts, hardly shows up to job site, and very unorganized. From foundation to framing, roof done incorrectly to stucco to drywall, door hanging, I have had nothing but issues and the build has been miss managed where it is a free for all, whatever sub shows up they do a job which then has to be done again because it was done out of order. The President of the company will not communicate any concerns about issues and canceled a meeting with me at the job site itself. Many concerns for the sub contractors that come in a do ok work but not verified by the builder only to find out it was done incorrectly. Plumbing put in the wrong spot, foundation poured wrong, designer of house calculated ceilings wrong. Total disaster. Stay away from this builder. I asked to speak with the owner and the refuse to allow me his contact information.
