            **** installed my outside unit August 2020. In June 2021 the outside unit was making an intermittent buzzing noise. **** said it was the inside unit. I paid **** to replace inside unit $2200. Below is the timeline leading up to my $1,267.04 utility bill : 6/24/21 - **** replaced my inside unit and my thermostat. 6/28/21 - Contacted **** as the intermittent buzzing from outside unit was still happening 7/01/21 - -Part was added to outside unit/ refrigerant was needed ( per ****). 7/16/21 - Text ****. outside unit sounded like it was struggling. A/C also constantly running/ was not cycling off. No reply to text. 7/28/21 - Thermostat at 80.Text photo to ****. **** said part needed. Received bill. Apologized and he'd help with it. 7/31/21-Came by to repair.He agreed to pay $1K towards bill. Asked me to email bill/bill sent. 8/11/21 - sent text to confirm bill and amount. No reply 8/13/21- text **** to please reply. No reply Please assist with recovering $1K agreed upon.

            Nobody works harder than Mark S**** at Mark's Air Conditioning and Heat. He's always very busy, yet his response time is acceptable. He's very honest, and will show customers what they need (or do NOT need). His pricing is extremely fair and very competitive, and offers different solutions at various price points. Ultimately the choice is made by the customer, at their own comfort level. Mark doesn't leave the job site until the customer is happy. His best sales tools are his long list of satisfied customers. Mark is friendly and very knowledgeable. His only short coming is that he is very sociable, and loves to educate his customers about Air Conditioning, Air Quality, and proper maintenance and care for the equipment. His workmanship is of the highest quality. He will go the extra mile to make certain every detail is done correctly. I trust Mark, and I've used his services a few times, when necessary, over the past ten years. I highly recommend Mark's Air Conditioning and Heat, for all of your HVAC needs.
