            I hired them to repair cosmetic cracks in Sheetrock, repair ceiling in grand room, due to water damage (retape, prime and repaint entire ceiling) repair cracks on exterior foundation, scrape and put skim coat on back porch. Work started on 4/1 and ended on 4/6. After worker had left and paint dried we noticed that areas around window had not been completed, spots in ceiling showed through, area that was to be re-taped showed through, back porched was not completely scraped to remove loose cement and now the skim coat is peeling. Concrete and mortar from work on exterior was left on ground and bricks have a white haze on areas of repair, they were never sponged down to remove the haze of mortar. We left messages for the supervisor, ***** to call us back along with the reasons. We have not received a call back.

            Initially, they reached out the same day. Charged us $50 to come out and look at the area we wanted repaired. Said once they provided a quote on the work we needed done, they would apply that $50 to overall cost of the project if we went with them. After that, we've not heard from them...almost 3 weeks and no response. We've reached out via email and phone multiple times and all we are told is they'll follow up, but no follow up has happened.
