            A bad design from the start, flooding my bed with every rain.Forgot to cut a hole causing rain runoff down my wall.Gutters rattling. First one took two attempts to fix. Second one wasn't fixed after two attempts and then they wanted to charge me. Still not fixed.Just bad customer service. Even with a team close by they ask for a video instead of having one of their people walk 3 doors down to check it out a 3rd time. I recommend using any other company

            Wow where do I start. First off I will say we are sorry your gutters rattle under very high winds. I also hope you can find some hobbies which include not trying to belittle small businesses . WE don't guarantee against that and some homes on higher elevations it can happen. We did come out 3 times to try to alleviate this rattle. After the last attempt apparently failed you emailed us again a very unpleasant email. We kindly asked you to take a video. Your response was very unpleasant. I asked if you would mind paying a $75 charge to cover gas and labor and we would return and try to find this allusive rattle. You said you didnt care at this point and will find someone else. I wasnt surprised to see this after the emails you sent out but again we are sorry we couldnt live up to your expectations and wish you the best of luck.
