    I purchased my home in December 2019. During the purchase a I had a professional inspection which did not note any deficiencies in the carport (attached to the home) roof and I observed none. The roof was put on in ******************************** early 2020 I had Tri-County put seamless gutters on the home. Recently, I noticed that the decking under the shingles in my carport was rotting. I consulted a roofer who told me it was clear the gutters had been improperly installed. He pointed out what I had not noticed but could clearly see. One run of the gutters was pushed up so high on one end that it curled the shingle and that caused water to pool on the roof and backflow into the decking. I called Tri-County. They sent out *****. ***** told me he would send out his roofer. His roofer is actually my neighbor *********************. I feel this put **** in a difficult position because he is my neighbor but does alot of work for Tri-County. **** said he wasn't able to determine the cause. I spoke to ***** again who told me he would pay for half of the repair (which will cost more than the gutters). I told him I wasn't satisfied with half. Why pay anything if they don't think it's their fault? I brought up the inspection report. ***** said he didn't trust inspectors. ***** told me he wanted to be at my house when I spoke with any roofers. I felt this was just so he could intimidate them. I consulted another roofer who told me it was clear the gutters caused the roof to fail. The roof had no problems for approximately 4 years. The only change was the installation of the gutters. I have pictures of the damage and video of the gutters not draining properly during a rainstorm. I would like tri-county to pay for or repair the damage to my roof they caused and correctly re-install the gutters or refund the the entire purchase price of my gutters.

    I cant say enough good about Tri-County gutter, they replaced my gutter four times over 10 years from golf ball size hail damage and have never had to come back once ,they leave the job. The quality work, and the workmanship and employees are very professional.. Thank you again Tri-County gutter job well done.
