              This is specifically a review of the ***************** I dont know what the training process is for shoppers, but produce is always bad and meat selection is terrible. My main complaint however is that there is a missing item from my order 60% of the time. And it always happens to be a very necessary item. And the process in which you report a missing item from curbside is archaic. I would rather use Shipt delivery service and pay the upcharge because at least you can communicate with the shopper and they seem to take pride in their shopping.

              The worst service ever the customer is always right they did not provide the services needed the line wait was ************************************************************** she could only do one and I would have to get in line again for the other then when I went up to a manager for help because I was in a hurry she asked me what I did wrong when they I didnt do anything I just needed the services but they did not provide it I had to drive to another heb and they did it fast and easy unlike this H-E-B this needs to be reported have secret shoppers I dont know so it can be fixed because it was the worst experience ever

              Checker made me choose between theraflu and dayquil today. I am sick and out of medicine. These two are not even the same.. one is a hot liquid drink and the other is liquid medicine. How dare you tell me what I can and can't buy! And save that "let's leave some for everyone" line when I was only trying to buy ONE. I cut up my heb card when I got home and I will never be back. You are evil to treat someone that sick like they're a hoarder or worse. I just wanted to get the medicine I need and get some rest on the couch. I'll do my grocery shopping elsewhere. Your store in ****** is not the only grocery store in the county. As a company, you have lost your way and your going to continue to lose customers with such draconian policies. I will tell everyone that will listen what you did to me today. You are WRONG

              So very disappointed with HEB today. I received a call less than 2 hours before my cake was to be picked up saying they didn't have red velvet and could they substitute. Mind you they knew they ddn't have any the day prior when shipment came in. I asked if they could call around and see if other HEBs had the cake. He said they couldn't because they don't do orders less than *********************************************************************************** He said no. So now no time to get ************. Big fail HEB!

              I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at your store involving one of your employees in the sushi department.Today, while shopping at the store, I was accused of stealing sushi by one of your employees despite informing him that I had put it back. Instead of acknowledging my statement, he proceeded to interrogate me, questioning where I had supposedly put it and even suggested reviewing security footage. This humiliating ordeal unfolded in front of other customers, leaving me feeling embarrassed and belittled.When I requested assistance from the manager, *****, she not only failed to address the situation appropriately but also treated me with disdain, insinuating that I was causing a disturbance. I was shocked and dismayed by her dismissive attitude, especially considering my long-standing patronage of over 8 years.The employee's behavior was not only unjust but also discriminatory, as he singled me out and made baseless accusations, making me feel like a criminal. This experience has left me feeling traumatized and deeply upset. I have never been treated with such disrespect and hostility in my entire life.Although I appreciate the assistance of the General Manager, ********, who showed empathy and provided some comfort during this distressing time, the emotional damage has already been done. Despite her efforts, I cannot overlook the mistreatment I endured at the hands of your staff.I hope measures will be taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future, including sensitivity training for all staff members.Regrettably, due to this unacceptable experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will no longer be shopping at Mi Tienda. I hope that by bringing this matter to your attention, you will take the necessary steps to address it and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

              The employees at the Central Market location in ******* are utterly rude. Over the past year, the ******* Central Market employees have been closing the store early on a number of occasions. Tonight, I arrived at the store about 7 minutes before closing to grab a few items before work. They refused me entry even though there were still customers in the store. I've run into the store before it closes at 10 pm on a number of occasions before work and never a had a problem. This is the first time I was refused entry. ******* is the third or fourth largest city in the **** and there are thousands of people who work overnight in the ******* medical center. Many of the employees who work in the medical center are employees of *********************************. They work hard and work long hours in one of the best if not the best cancer hospitals in the world. At the very least, businesses like Central Market/HEB should recognize and respect their customers a bit more. The people running into the store before it closes might be going to MDA or one of the other hospitals to start work after they leave the store.Central Market ********* ********** needs to give all store employees a good lecture about customer service. No one should be refused entry before the store closes.

              H-E-B on ************************************************************* the customer service rep name in the ************ named. ******* was very rude to me and I do not appreciate the service that I received today and she stated that she refused to *************** services today because I gave her funds for some scratch house and I told her I said multiple for the amount of $20. She gave me the wrong one and then was very rude after that and I will not be coming back to the store again and if I do, I will not be dealing with her, please fire her and replace her with someone else, because I am not appreciated at this door where my money is well spent

              HEB forces sick Covid positive employees to work or they get terminated. Doctors notes are not acceptable for an excused absence, HEB violates OSHA and CDC Covid laws. How can they get away with this?

              You cant do a review without giving a least one star but my intent is 0 stars. I work at the HEB BREAD Plant in ******* on *******. Training there is at its bare minimal. They put you in positions with little or no training which makes your job very difficult. My team lead knew absolutely ( nothing) about manufacturing work. The most she did was give out discipline cards and put down your negative performances as a worker with signing her cards. These discipline cards and negative comments decreased the morale for the entire team. When we seen her coming we knew we were in trouble because that was the only time she interacted with her team. I have never had to hold back my verbiage to a person as I did when being on her team. . Her decisions on an everyday work day was tiring and unprofessional to say the least. I cut my finger on the job and I asked do I need to fill out any paperwork?She laughed and said No your not bleeding so your fine. I found out later that she was wrong. I was supposed to notify QA on that accident and paperwork should have been done. Many thing has transpired on her team that finally made me resign. I blame my team leads manager for allowing her to do such a poor job in her decision making and for not putting a stop to her madness. There has been several resignation at the same time as mine due to her lack of leadership Just wanted the world to have insight on HEB bread plant and working there.

              If I could give negative stars I would. I bought two money orders to pay my rent only to find out my apartment does not take money orders. When I tried to return them to HEB, they were declined. I was given the number to ******** Systems. When I finally talked to them, they told me it was HEB responsibility and there was nothing they could do. I spoke to HEB corporate office and was told they could not help me. My rent is due TODAY and HEB stole my rent money.
