      On my son Death certificate my wife last name (prior to first marriage is misspell} { block 12) it should be ********************************* Vice ******************************His name is *********************** *************************. Date of Death 28 Jul 2022. I have spoke to the owner name ********, lady name *****, and a few other worker( ***** and a few more etc) They were suppose to have an amendment made and it was suppose to take six months.Well six month has past and they still give me a run around. I have paper work showing it was put in correctly the mistake was made by them.I would appreciate any help you can give me.

      My beloved Mother past away a few months ago in November of 2021. My mother asked to be directly cremated she didnt want a funeral, because she didnt want no one to see her on how she ended up looking after she got sick. She wanted everyone to remember her on how she looked like before she got sick. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 4 around 14 years ago. During the 14 years she was diagnosed another 3 times with cancer and beat those as well. In the last week of October 2021 she was diagnosed with brain cancer and unfortunately she couldnt beat it this time. She fought hard but her body was just to tired already. So she made me promise no funerals so I granted her wishes. We decided to go with Funeral Caring USA for her cremation. I paid cash for the cremation and 4 death certificates. Unfortunately when I was signing the paperwork I noticed that they had the wrong date of her death. They had the day of 22 of November when she actually past away at 3:42am which made it the 23 of November not November 22. They said thats what the doctor ****** on the paperwork. I cant remember the name of the nice lady that was giving me the paperwork to sign in the ****** office, but anyways she said she will call the funeral director *********************** in the ***** office. Which she did and she had it on speakerphone while she was telling her about the mistake the doctor did. We ********************* tell the lady for her to write in the correct information in over the mistake and for me to sign it. Which I did and ***** told the lady that she will call the hospice doctor to amid the mistake before they send it off to get the 4 death certificates. So a little over a week we received my mothers ashes and I was told we should receive a call when the 4 death certificates came in. When I went to pick up my mothers ashes which was a very hard thing to do. I noticed that the printing sticker on the box had the wrong date too. I told the lady that gave me the ashes which was at the ***** address and so was the paperwork to be able to transport the ashes or use for burial information was wrong too. The lady said she will go speak to ***** about it. So she took back the box and paperwork to ***** in her office. She came back 15 minutes later and told me ***** said that it was their mistake but not to worry cause on their part of the paperwork has the correct date. I told her what does she mean not to worry its wrong and it shouldnt be. Especially because I mentioned it to her before I ****** it so theres no reason it should be wrong. Especially because she said she would take care of it. At that point I was just really angry and had to leave before I started arguing with them, but before I left I told her to at least make sure her death certificate has the correct date all 4 of them. The lady said she will pass on the message to ***** then I left. Another week past by and I received the call that the death certificates were in we can come pick them up. While I was talking with the lady that called us I asked her if they had the correct date that my mother past away. I mentioned what the funeral director ***** had told us that she was going to call the doctor before she sent the paperwork in so that he can amid it and would have the correct date on the paperwork. She told me that it says November 22. I told her no mam that isnt the correct date yall said yall would have it corrected back when I picked my mothers ashes from yall.. She said she will let the funeral director know and that they will have it fixed and will call me when the correct ones came in. It was a little over a week and I hadnt heard anything so I called them. I was informed that the doctor did amid the paperwork and that the death certificates now have the correct date of death, but that I will have to pay for the new ones if I want the correct ones. I told her why would I have to pay again if I already paid for them. She said that she didnt know that thats just what she was told to tell me by the funeral director ***********************. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that ***** was on the phone and that she will give her my message and ***** will call me when she gets a chance. I hadnt heard from her all day so I called them back and was told that ***** was still on the phone. She then said I was told to tell you that she will call you in the morning. I said ok thank you. I received a call the next morning from ***** around 9:30am. I asked her why I had to pay again for something I never received. She said that they already received the death certificates and that I didnt want them. I told her they werent correct that she had told us that she will get the doctor to amid it and that way she can send off for the correct ones. She told me well it wasnt their mistake and that they already sent of the paperwork and received the death certificates. I told her well it wasnt my mistake either I told her yall are a business place and that is what most business places do is correct something that isnt correct especially to keep a customer for future business if needed. I told her that I had told yall about the mistake before I ****** the paperwork and also when I went to pick up my mothers ashes and that she was the one that said she would correct it before she sent off for the death certificates. She said well that the doctor did amid it and that either I pay again or that they can pitch in for half. I told her no way I am not paying again for something I never received. I told her if yall dont want to give me the correct death certificates I already paid for them I would like a refund for them. She told me I didnt have to raise my voice and that if I wanted to pick up the death certificates they had there I can cause they had no use for them. She also said that she will not give a refund for something that she already received even if they werent correct and that if i want to pay half they can pay the other half or i can order them myself. I told her 1. I havent even begun to raise my voice and 2. Why would I want the death certificates that had the wrong information on it. She said that they already sent them off and received them back. I told her you know I dont know why they call their company Caring if that is far from what they are. I told her you know just forget it Ill make sure I write a review and let the other people know just how much caring especially you really do for the people who lost love ones and still going through grieving yall make them feel. She changed her tone after I told her that. She said let me see what I can do and Ill call you back tomorrow. I told her forget it I will just order them myself since yall refuse to refund me nor give me the correct death certificates I ordered and paid for already. Then I just hung up. I dont refer this funeral place at all because they are very rude to people that are going through a rough time and they should re name their company Funeral Uncaring ***
