They worked on leveling our cabin 2.5 years ago and were already having to have it redone. Supervisor only visited job site one time. Overall, job was inadequate. Our following phone calls were largely ignored. I would never recommend these people for anything.

************** reached out to me in 2018 and asked me if I could look at his cabin out in ***********, **. I told ************** that I did not service that area and that I couldnt help him. He asked me if I knew anyone else in the area that could help him. I have him a contact of someone that lives in ***********, that could either help him directly, or possibly know of a foundation company in the area that could help. That contact didnt pan out, so ************** called me back, and again asked if I could go out there and look at his foundation on his cabin. I again told him I dont service that area. After ************** repeatedly called me, I finally agreed to look at his issue when I was on my way back from ******, ** one weekend. I met ************* out there and saw the cabin. It was not built well and had what appeared to be a second story addition on the existing cabin. When I was there, I basically explain that there are two different types of piers. Concrete poured piers (better and more expensive piers), and precast concrete pad and block piers (less expensive piers). *** ***** wanted to do the less expensive concrete piers because he didnt want to spend any more money than he had to and he stated that is all rock anyways out in ***********. I installed 15 concrete pad and block piers and 90 feet of 4X8 support beam and leveled as best as possible for $5,600. This was an almost 3 hour drive one way in an area that I continuously stated I dont service. I stated very clearly in the contract that I would level as best as possible because the structure was in very bad shape. I did level the structure as best as I could (it wasnt perfect). There were some areas where the floor joists were bowed up (the wood had memory in it form being bent so long). I asked ************** if he wanted me to shim the areas that were higher that grade, or leave them loose in hopes they would settle back down over time. He told me to leave them loose. I made 3 trips out there, my main ******* made 2 trips out there, and I had experienced foundation repair guys working on the structure. After the final walk through with ************** he paid me in full. Months passed and ************** reached back out and wanted me to shim tight the piers that he originally told me to leave loose. I was not interested in going back out there. It doesnt take a foundation specialist to shim tight a couple of piers. There was also drainage issues on the backside of the cabin which Im assuming were not addressed. ************** Im sorry that you were not happy with the work I did. I was very clear on your options of pier types and I dont see how I did a bad job for the amount of work that I did. I cant believe that almost 3 years later you would leave such a bad review. Especially knowing our conversations of me not wanting to work out there because its too far for me. Please let me know if anything I stated in this respond is not accurate.
