I purchased a home in August of 2020 the home had just been repaired by Brothers Foundation Repair. All their paperwork checked out and everything seemed to be in order so I paid the warranty transfer fee and closed on the home. Then about a year later we were having some more issues where there were some cracks beginning to form and doors were either not latching or were difficult to open. I called Brothers Foundation Repair and it took MONTHS for them to finally get out to take measurements, granted I was not very diligent in calling them or emailing them everyday until I got a response. ***** was the one who came out took measurements and explained that he would want to have a structural engineers report before they would recommend any work due to one side of the house being higher than the other and had slightly higher elevation readings than their last measurements a year earlier with the piers they installed also moving slightly. I then obtained a engineering report to which the engineer said that the piers should not have been installed to begin with as the house was built on a natural slope. I then called the engineer out there 2 additional times with the last report stating that the installed piers need to be lowered because they are causing stress on the interior of the home and are to high. I have been emailing and calling Brothers Foundation since July and have not received a phone call and they are now refusing to answer my emails. I have a warranty and engineering reports and they have refused to answer my calls and are now silent on emails. I have no way to get in contact with them and after approximately 3 months there is no solution and my home is only getting worse.
