Here youre family! Youre not just a member. They treat you like you belong, and they care about you and about your success. You are encouraged to reach beyond your limits. With regular attendance to build your core, and learning and application of the proper self-defense techniques you will be able to defend yourself or your loved ones, and not be a victim. Take the challenge, no matter what age or physical condition youre in!

You felt confused IMMEDIATELY. You felt and seen the sincerity. It's definitely not about money at this place. I i'm not one easily convinced of things but I went with my intuition and with what I saw and with what I listened to. I signed all three of us up. Best gym I have been to. Excellent price. Lots of different times/workouts. Been coming for 6 months and every class I'd different and challenging. I have knee, shoulder, and back injury, I go at my pace and do modifications.
