On Friday February 16th ***** General Construction was sent to my home by Clearesult. They were contracted by Clearesult to come out to do insulation work through a weatherization program to my home. As a result of this I have been with partial electricity since 2-16-24. I have a four bedroom home and only three rooms out of the entire house have lights. I have lost all food due to the fridge not having power as well. Along with losing pay at work due to my internet router not working as well. I was never left with any paperwork from Clearesult or the contractors stating that this was a possibility not did I ever sign off on anything. I have contacted numerous companies all week along with Clearesult and there is still no resolution six days later. This is unacceptable. I did not pick this company to do the work, and the company that did which is Clearesult is not being of any assistance. I have small Children and one of them uses a nebulizer for asthma that needs to be plugged in when in use. I feel this is also a safety hazard being that we don't know which wires were triggered when they were doing the work. My family and I have no where else to go and do not feel safe in our home since this has occurred.
