    The first date of service was 7/20/2021. ****** from GE was at my house for approximately a 1/2 hr and replaced a single circuit to the cost of $226.30 for a partial circuit diagnosis. No mention of a service fee or costs was made during my phone call when scheduling this visit. The problem continued and ****** returned on 8/26/2021 determining it was loose wiring on a light switch causing the tripped circuit. I was charged $82.80 for the remainder of a circuit diagnosis. The circuit tripped that night and ****** returned the following day. He determined a switch leg needed replacing at the cost of $350.10. I called GE and requested the repairs be made without cost or severely discounted as I've already paid $309 with no resolution to my initial problem. Spoke to Service Manager **** (9/14/2021) who was to speak to owner. No return call. GE website boasts of 100% satisfaction guarantee but does NOT back it up. Poor communication.

    Good Electric dispatched a technician to replace a breaker. The tech (****) was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the repair. Response time was also exceptionally fast. I like the fact that the repair was done in one day (because it was the a/c breaker) other businesses wanted to schedule the repair in 1 to 3 days. I thought it was a little expensive but I have not paid for a repair in a long time so I am assuming it was the industry going rate. I needed the repair ASAP and they delivered. I would rehire Good Electric in the future because of the speedy response and repair also because of the professional, friendly and knowledgeable tech. The lady answering the phone at Good Electric was also very nice.
