This is for Cornerstone Community Financial ****************** Names '******, ******, ****************** had had this car loan since March 2020 I recently fell on. hard times with losing a job and loosing a fianc an aunt and a mom that is sick in the hospital as well. I have communicated each month on any updates as well as when I begin back working this year in January. This week my card has been blocked due to a balance of 525 that I informed will be paid in two payments. One on 6/15 and another the following week totaling 525. Right now my card is blocked preventing me from buying medications for my mom getting gas any regular every day living expense. Speaking with ******** she stated that I was a disgusting client who is behind on her car payment. I was informed to stop calling there and to stop, I was informed that the lack of communication by my mother being ill who can not communicate due to her having multiple procedures and being brutally ill and weak. The insensitive remarks suggestions coming from a customer service representative that works for the company. I have paid over ****** and owe ****** left. Hard times fell communication was made all process was followed beyond sending three months worth of bank statements for them to see after all the disrespectful messages and calls I have received. I do not want this account moving forward, I do not want to continue to be disrespected. Tomorrow I will be making a payment of 525 at that. point I will close all accounts and place this in the hands of a lawyer as I have recorded each call we have had. ******** failed at customer service, empathy, morality and over all well being for anyone that is making payments working and planning funeral arrangements for a fianc and an aunt as well as a sick mother.
