            We had granite counter tops and island counter tops installed, we had issues with the install. The island was damaged from the installers so I contacted the business that day to have them out and they keep sending a salesman or ******* out and he says its not damaged or broken and the owner will not call me back it has been going on for months. I got in touch with the office manager and he said he would take care of it told me several times he was coming out and still today hasnt and will not answer phone. I have video from thee day it was installed showing the broken quartz they left me with and text messages from the ****** telling me its nothing wrong and that no one will be staring at the floor to notice the chips out of the quartz. Its a horrible job and the cuts are out of square and chipped also.

            I was out of town and coming back the day after the install of my counter tops and island, my wife was there and they rushed the job. When I got back in town the next day I inspected everything and found several problems and they demanded payment before they left. They came out and fixed one problem with on sink counter top but the big issue is still going on after several attempts of calling and getting someone other than their ****** to answer. The owner has yet to call me or come look at my island piece that has several issues and needs to be redone but no one will call or answer. They claim to be a company that stands behind their work and all the ****** tells me is No will be walking around your Island looking at the chips, put trim around it. Thats not how you tell someone that has over 9k in just the island top. So we need a little help.
