My home suffered significant wind and hail damage in March/April of this year. Resulting in the need of a new roof, house being repainted, areas of siding requiring replacement, and gutter work. ***** coordinated all aspects of the work to be done with each vendor involved, and made certain all work was done properly and with quality. He also handled all communication with my insurance company. That in itself was a tremendous weight off of my mind. ***** is extremely professional, very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He kept me advised throughout the entire process and made certain the end result met my expectations. I sincerely highly recommend him.

Project was completed quickly which was beyond expectation. They cleaned up , courteous , readily provide information re queries. In replacing roof on an investment property, we reached out to several diff roofing companies. Not only was Scott K. the most responsive but he was the only contractor who took the time to physically show up and climb on the house. Work was well done, including clean up and in a timely manner. Work was done very quickly and the guys working left my home and yard as clean as it was before they started. ***** worked somewhat okay with the insurance company for my claim. Only issue i saw was some collection skills with the collection of money. I was asked for a second payment before the roof was even finished being stripped off. Would like to see more customer relations and maybe manage funds for the business differently. Most construction companies may ask for a installment before and final. So I appreciate your opinion. But how I handle financial aspects of my business isn't really a customers concern. And if you knew anything about the insurance claims process, there are basically 3 parts, to collect. The **** your Deductible, and Final Depreciatiin check which may or may not include any supplement, or additional charges for upgrades. And your ***************** turned yor claim down, and I held them accountable and got your roof paid for by insurance. So I believe I worked well with the insurance company on your behalf, it's your insurance company who dropped the ball. I sent a final invoice, and they paid it. It's a process. But thank you for your business.!! I'm glad I could help you out. Thanks for the neutral Review. Only 3 star I've ever gotten, and for doing so much for someone. I'm flabbergasted.
