One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. The response time is abysmal, their staff is completely untrained and because of them lagging so much I now need my refinance reapproved even though I had completely signed for and was awaiting their payoff as they stated I should do. I've seen their complaint responses so I am taking directly to the reviews so that people look at the ratings rather than their lackluster replies to genuine faults.RateGenius Response

I worked with ***** to refinance my car and she was so much help. Very responsive & patient with me throughout the entire process. I dont know if Ill ever refinance again but if I do Ill come back forsure.RateGenius Response

These clowns are advertising car loan refinance rates below 5%. After a hard credit inquiry where they saw my 800+ credit score they offered me just under 8%. I dont believe for a second that they are giving anyone rates as low as they are advertising.RateGenius Response

I purchased a car with high a high APR, Not even a week later, I began looking into refinancing right away, I didn't even make my first payment yet when I contacted RateGenius and they set me up with a very good APR at a local credit union. The whole process was fast and easy, I highly recommend it!The credit union they set me up with for the refinance turned out to be so good, I opened a credit card and a personal loan through them with great rates as well.I am extremely appreciative for RateGenius and the service they provide.RateGenius Response
