              9/21-9/24 Several problems have been pointed out that need to be addressed to finish this job. Most of the issues I had were addressed on 9/24 but several remain. First, the nails that were used on the flashing of the Sun Tunnel must be removed and the holes sealed with a rubber flashing tape under where the flashing of the tunnel was penetrated. Second the roof is not straight; the lines of the roof curve as shown in the picture. Finally, the debris field left is unacceptable and must be cleaned up better. I was promised twice that someone would come to do that; it has not happened. I have already spent a couple of hours cleaning up the worst of the mess. What's worse, is I was told I must pay for the rest of the job today without having these concerns satisfied first. I have no faith left in my contact, and will not pay the balance until they "make sure that the job is done to your (i.e,, my) specifications."
