Hello.To whom it my concern. We here at Contract Remodeling Services **** take our customers very seriously. We always try to make everyone's remodeling experience a good experience.*************** our field project manager has been working with our company for over 5 years. He came to us with about 20 years of field experience prior to joining our company. In regards to this specific project we did not know about any issues other than the industry standard unavoidable circumstances that come with the difficulties of remodeling inside of a home that a person chooses to live in while it is being remodeled. We have been serving the ****** and surrounding areas for over 30 years in the remodeling business. The owner has been in the remodeling industry for over 50 years. We have a very long list of satisfied customers. This project was completed several years ago. She paid the project in full without any complaints. If the previous client was not satisfied with our services it seems like she would of contacted our office much sooner. We are very open to our customers and always try to satisfy them if possible. Hello - you are incorrect - I had several complaints, including poor tile layout that your team had to tear out and fix. This was something I made extremely clear to *************** long before any tile work began, and they did exactly what I asked them not to do. It is not "industry standard" to put slivers of tile in the middle of the project to correct a layout mistake. My project was in 2020, not "several years ago." Why am I still upset? Because caulk and grout began failing a year ago. Your response is dishonest, which is consistent with the treatment I received with CRS.
