We are on ****************, ** and ***** installed a new metal roof on our home in the fall of 2021. A recent wind storm on the island caused one of the metal panels to lift up and tear off the roof. It was the only panel affected on the entire roof. Fortunately, the storm was mainly wind and there was no water damage below the polyglass underlayment.I called *****, and left a message which was not returned. Looking further, it appears they have pulled out of the **********, ** area.I had a five year workmanship warranty on the roof. As only one panel was affected, it seems apparent that one worker didn't do what was required to secure this panel in place. The rest of the roof showed no signs of damage. This is clearly a workmanship issue.However, with no one in the area to contact or complete repairs, it now appears this five year warranty is worthless.Review from Ernesto A

We are very happy with the excellent service we received from C&C Roofing and Restoration, they were very professional and a pleasure to work with. ************** explained to me what was going to be done and he was present at all times supervising that the work was done correctly and he also always kept me informed of the progress that was being made. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. His work was excellent and his cleaning once the job was completed went above and beyond by clearing the yard of all debris.It's very impressive to see this team in action. Thank you all for your effort and attention to detail. We are truly thrilled with our new concrete patio! Their work and price truly exceeded our expectations!Review from Ezequiel D

I met with about 6 different roofers, but this company stood out. Instead of trying to sell me all the positives, he gave me realistic expectations and that tells me he cares about what I'll think of them years from now and not just to the point of sale. This matters because that tell you how they'll work on your roof. Those who sell you to the point of sale don't care how long the roof or their work will last (meaning they'll tell you anything to get you to sign the contract). That's not what he did. When I brought up selling points the other roofing companies told me, he wouldn't let me believe the lies. Lies like how much wind the shingles can handle, how long they will last, or who will pay if something goes wrong. No lies, or too good to be true explanations, just facts. That's why I went with them over the others and why I would recommend them to you.Review from Toby K

These folks are the best!! They arrived on time to completely re-shingle my house with a super competent crew and they started immediately upon arrival. They also gave me a choice of shingles to choose from that were all very good. The owner explained everything to me and ensured I was kept informed of everything they did. His crew worked fast but were thorough in everything they did. The even replace the metal strip that surrounds the perimeter of the roof and matched the paint to the shingles. They also painted the exhaust tubes and other roof top tubes to match the new shingles. All this was done in 105 heat! Overall I am totally ecstatic over the final result and I know the job was done right. Best of all was the price they charged which was the best I found among the quotes I received. They even gave me a TEN YEAR guarantee on labor and installation! This is the best experience I have ever had in a contractor!Review from Trey V.

Just want to give a big shout out to C&C roofing for the outstanding service they provided us. Lead by supervisor Carl E*****, him and his crew were very professional and made needed repairs. The job was completed in one day with excellent clean up around our home. I highly recommend C&C. Thanks again Carl for helping us.
