On Jan 26, 2023 I notice that workers were using a high powered pressure washer to clean the sidewalk and street from my neighbors house that your team is building a pool at. However, once I went outside I noticed the hood of my car had been damaged by the rocks that were hitting my car from the pressure washer. I showed the workers the videos and took a screenshot. One guy said he was sorry and offered me $100 or a car wash. I said no, that wont replace the paint and chips now missing on the hood of my Lexus. 2 days later I believe the owner or boss came to my house to assess the damage. After looking at it, he and I said to provide an estimate. However, the next week later we had an ice storm and everything was shutdown. After the storm, I got an estimate from ****************** for $1047 to repaint the hood of my car. I attached the videos and the estimate. I am hopeful we could work something out. I dont think your workers meant to do it. They were working. But it did happen. I dont want to go to court either for this because my neighbor is my friend. So we are trying to handle this at the lowest level possible. However as of Feb 27, 2023 I havent heard anything from Rogelio Hernandez nor have I received a check that was promised 10 days ago. Ive called more than 5-6 times and sent several emails. And the hood of my car is still damaged. To make matters worse these guys walk in my yard and track mud all over my porch a few times. I told my neighbor but she doesnt want to get involved but its partly her fault too since she is having the pool built. Then when I come out Feb 16 at 1pm and ask what they are doing all on my porch and walking in my back, secured yard - the answer I get is - I didnt know you were home? Are you serious? So you dont mind disrespecting other peoples property? Wow. Why does it take nearly 6 months to get a pool built? My other neighbor had one built 3 years ago. Had no issues. Not this time.
