              I inadequately downloaded their software and immediately cancelled the subscription. When I got my.credit card ********** had been doubled charged. I have been unable to verbally speak to anyone but have sent at least seven emails with no response but form letters. Their software was never successful loading onto my computer. I have requested a refund without success. All the form letters tell me to cancel my subscription. When I look at my account the subscription was cancelled the day two seconds after I realized what I had done. This company has no interest in refunding my money.

              I paid for Driver Support on November 8, 2023. I gave my **** account and never got access to the application. The site led you through a complete circle, not allowing me to go beyond a sign-in. I made several complaints to their email. I notified them, and they sent me an email saying nothing was wrong, and I should easily be able to use their service. It has been three weeks, and still no service. I asked today to be refunded for the payments they charged on my ****. Again, they sent me through the same cycle where I could not get onto a sign-on. I need assistance to warn people of their devious service. I cannot find a way to get them to refund me. This business is not helping me with this refund.
