              In reference to an effected member of my community in-game. NCSoft is handing out strangely sensitive, even first time infraction, 3 day bans to players for one inoffensive word in a single sentence without thoroughly making sure their chat report system is not being abused. After some members of our community were affected and we had multiple people file support tickets to defend their innocence, including the people actually involved in the conversation that was reported, NC's support very quickly doubled down on their decision to still suspend *********** over a single word, which was neither a swear nor offensive. These mass reports are easy to trigger and get caught in what appears to be an automated system. There is no way someone actually looked into this and decided this warranted a 3 day ban. You need to check which accounts are triggering your chat report system because it's clearly abused. The player lost 3 days of Premium membership and benefits they are paying for and you refused to give them adequate support. I would like to note that NCSoft does nothing regarding hackers out in the open world within their games either or caught on video and chooses to spend resources on their easily abused chat report system. If they are not out banning actual players that deserve it, what is keeping them from doing actual investigations on these fraudulent reports? This company has the nerve to add a $600 outfit into their store this month, which many called out as outrageous. The price was clearly an error but they left it up for two whole days before "fixing" it, after making some players already recharge $600 worth of their in-game currency. It should have been top priority to fix this huge error. Then they offered to "fix" it for those who spent by simply refunding them back in NCoin, thus banking on the "mistake" regardless and taking advantage of those who recharged that much already. Extremely shady and disrespectful company that needs to be looked into.

              Staff that works in the software development office has zero grounding to the community. The Game Master staff that works in support are not game masters but random people that needed a job and have no idea what their doing or looking at. The Support Staff, just decline a request without even reviewing my logs or even taking a moment of their time to support my request. Over all game content has been removed 10 years ago and nothing has been brought back to support he removal of the content.

              ******************** of games is a joke.They have been hostile and refused to address an online harassment/ bullying and death threat situation.I reported this to several mods. I reported this in game. I reported this via e-mail and previous complaints. They have done nothing.I have never seen a company change forum rules to target a customer as I was. Forum rules were changed to provide a basis for board "discipline." Then those same rules were ignored when game regulars created several topics that were forbidden.I was harassed by a player in game and on the boards repeatedly. This was a person who had been suspended a DOZEN times, and eventually banned after another 4-5 suspensions.I got one warning, and I was never given any type of resolution. My crime was pointing out the lack of consistency in the rules, pointing out that my gameplay had become an increasingly hostile situation. I was giving harassed in game by no less than 30 people a day.The messages that told me they were going to "rape and kill my whole family" were especially amusing when NCSoft employees claimed they couldn't find them "due to a technical issue."What was more amazing was the hostility I received from NCSoft employees. I was mocked in email. I was ignored. It was made public that I was banned from the boards, and this emboldened my predator.I finally had to quit the game, and I asked for a refund.Do you know what NCSoft gives you for their failure to keep you safe online?Nothing. No apology. No interest. No refund.Two "supervisors" claim this was a dispute between two players. They claim that they "cannot discuss what happened to other players."I don't want details. I want them to look and see the record of serial harasser and actively moderate their game and boards. But that doesn't fit the narrative, so they claim it's a personal conflict.Please tell me how chasing me away from the game and boards by threats of death "an argument?"

              Hello,Been playing on Lineage 2 for now 2 years.After multiple tickets sent to the Support, close to none has been successfully *********** I have a ticket open for a month which involves multiple other players violating the **** and NCSoft is not willing to follow their **** rules to all players from ***************

              I purchased an in-game service from one of their online games (Aion). The service was not rendered as described and after about a dozen repeated attempts to right the wrong nothing has been done.Here is one representative message "Hello there,Thanks for contacting us again!As of now, we do not receive any update from our QA Team regarding this issue. Rest assured that the team are already doing their best to possibly determine if this is a bug or not. Also as stated on your previous ticket, we do not provide any compensation regarding this and if it is deemed appropriate, it will be posted on our official forums. Again, I hope you understand.Regards GM Aulakiria"Again and again they have refused any sort of request to make my purchase whole. Please note the above message is about number 12 or so and is after 1.5 months of 3 separate tickets they closed with ZERO action.In my opinion, their actions constitute consumer fraud or at minimum bait and switch (or bait and not provide promised service).

              Ncsoft banned me permanently unjustly.. Hello, my name is Ari, I’m from Brazil and I’ve been playing aion for a long time. More than 2 months ago I was banned, because I said bad language in the middle of the game. I know that I am wrong, but not to have a permanent ban. The Aion NA Server is full of hackers and I am tired of reporting them. But Ncsoft does not ban them, but they do ban swearing in the game. My friends are helping me to recover my account, they send out tickets every day. But Ncsoft support ignores them. Everything that is turned to my account, they ignore. My friends are denouncing all the players who talk bullshit in the game's open chat. But to this day, NCsoft has not banned anyone. I believe there was chase for my character, because only I was banned.
