Purchased a new AC system in May 2022 They said they will replace it and that Ill have a good working system for the size of my home. I spent ****** dollars on a system in hopes it would work like they said. I was mistaken because they have been out 13 times now to get my brand new system working right. It is sad that I have to call them on such a constant basis to get my system working. From techs that frankly do not know what they are doing to being given the run around on what they need to do to fix it. One of the employees told my wife that he needed to cut a hole in our ceiling to add a vent to get the system to work. When she called me to make sure I was so disappointed that they would try to take advantage of my wife like that. It is truly pathetic the hoops we have to jump though to have our system work as it is designed. It is so frustrating that I have to come home and cross my fingers my AC works when I have my 1 year old in the house. They had a senior tech come out and he said frankly the installation was done poorly and that they made a lot of mistakes. He spent almost 8 hours trying to correct them and it worked great for 2 months. Then the cycle started again of them sending people to fix it. They even had their installation quality control inspectors out after the 3rd visit and they said it was fine. When it got cold and I changed over to heat and it did not work at all. Shocker considering how many issues we had with the air conditioning side of it. So that was another couple visits to get that working The zoning was not working and it would be 65 downstairs (set on 70) and 70 upstairs (set on 70). That was a few visits to get it working properly for a short amount of time. I can not trust this company to do what they said they would do and that is give me a system that works properly.
