I went three times to see the Chiropractor. His wife ******* who's also a receptionist advised me since I was paying in cash $40. They were not and would not bill my insurance. I asked again to confirm. She denied again. A month later I'm getting the bills that they charged my insurance $295 for a 10 minute visit. I had already paid the fee in person and have my receipt. She said she wouldn't charge and she still did. Not once but twice. Making it a total of $600. I believe another one is coming in the mail. Then would make it $900. The whole time I paid cash and on top of that they were still charging my insurance. I was calling the office and no one answers. My daughter has called to ask why and try to resolve the issue and she does not return calls or answer her cell phone. Since I work, my daughter drove to the office to see what could be resolved. Spoke to ****************** and he said it was up to his wife to see what she wanted to do. He took my number down as well. He said he would have her call me. She still hasn't. As the owner he showed no remorse or didn't care to solve it right then in there. Left it all up to her. There are other reviews that have reported that they have gone through the same thing. So they have already done this to others. Then my daughter bought us 2 sets of massage packages worth $135 each. They didn't fulfill their services.
