This was our first time using D.S Professional Services. *** and ***** showed up on time and did a great job on our chimney cleaning. Kept the entire area neat and clean during the job, were very efficient yet thorough, and so polite and informative. I have used ***** and *** to clean my freestanding wood stove twice now. they are real PROS!Have to be hesitant /cautious having someone take your stove apart and clean it in your living room! I would not hire anyone else. They are knowledgeable, organized, extremely tidy, and efficient. I have a horrible time getting service people of any kind to even show up or return phone calls, much less do an excellent job as these two did. I strongly recommend them for any of the services they offer. They made an appointment and were here on time (unknown in this day and age); communicated on the way to the house. ***** and *** came out today and cleaned our fireplace and chimney. They did a fantastic job! They kept the area very clean and we're in and out in 45 minutes. I received an inspection report recommendations for the future. My firebox looks great and they removed a ton of buildup from the chimney. Highly recommended.
