I attnded a funeral for my great niece and i was never so uncomfortable in my life . It seemed to be orchestrated more by kayla smiths mothets side of the family instead of the funeral director . There were policemen standing on guard because they thought there would be conflict between the familys what an uneasy feeling when your trying to grieve and say your final goodbyes to your loved one as it didnt stop there only kaylas moms side of the family was permitted to get a cold drink or coffee yet kaylas dad side of the family was told not to cross the threshhold now if they knew and obviously they did know there was possibly going to be discrepencies why didnt the director 1 be the orchestrator 2 make sure everyone was comfortable and last but not least 3 why didnt they have 2 showings in the time alloted for the services im only a great aunt and i cannot imagine how the rest of tge family feels my point being Sunset Funeral does practice what they preach otherwise tgey woukd have made sure everyone in both ******* and correct me if im wrong thats one Sunsets verses "We value ******* " well they didnt value our family how dis heartning and my ****** will no longer use Sunset Funeral services
