              On April 6, 2021 Technique Carpet and Floors provided a service of cleaning some bedroom carpets for me, for which I paid $96.76 at the time of service. I was not happy with the service and after they emailed and texted me multiple times requesting I post a review of their services, I did so. My review mentioned all the reasons I was unhappy with the service. A gentleman promptly called me and stated they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that he would be refunding my money. I thought that was very good business and told him I appreciated it. Since then I have repeatedly gotten invoices from *****, the office manager. I have explained the whole situation to her over phone and email and she keeps sending me invoices for $123.41, which wasn't even the correct amount of the service. I expect them to stop contacting me and to zero out the invoice, as I do not owe anything.
