Horrible place, i did a trade with them 2 moths ago and they sold me a non working vehicle.. It worked for 1 day and i had to replace the transmission.. soo right now its been 2 months and they dont want to give me my original title and have me moving on paper plates.. they are very rude and never answer calls, i wil take this matter to a private lawyer. And news, shouldve read the reviews before stepping foot in this horrible place.. 0 stars for me.

If I can leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I had been looking for a truck for work. We had already stopped at this place a week before we purchased the vehicle. We couldnt get approved anywhere else and if we did it was a big down payment. So we came back over here. We looked at a few trucks. We were interested in a few before we settled for the one we have. It was cheaper and they convinced me in a few months I could trade it in for a better one. It would help my credit out they said. So we trusted them. The moment we took the truck the check engine light turned on. I took it to get checked and diagnostic said it was a sensor on Catalytic converter. We said no biggy. We can fix it. We are no mechanics or expert in buying cars. We wanted it for a work truck. So we drove it to Kerville which is 1 1/2 away. When we arrived the truck started shaking and started letting out white smoke from the muffler. We called them told them what was going on and ******** the owner wanted us to drive it home. F*** no. They werent trying to help so we had to get it towed home. $400 and they never helped like they said. Well the next day I told them they need to come pick up the truck I wasnt going to move it. Risk my life by driving it or my husbands. They picked it up. With the intentions to fix it. They told us they were going to put another motor probably because this one was blown. They had it for about 3 weeks telling us on and on it wasnt ready giving us a lot of excuses. We could never speak to ******** because he was always out of office or on vacation. Finally we get it back and its still messing up. Same motor. No oil no antifreeze. It looked like they poured a gasket sealant just to try and fix the problem. My mechanic took a look at it and gave us his opinion. It was also making a noise when we would Accelerate. Once again we call them. And they tell us nothing is wrong that we had to drive it so I can go away. I wish I would have recorded our conversations. We drop it off to get fixed again. Also asked if we could cancel agreement. I felt they didnt really care or was really trying to help us like they said. They said we can cancel but it would go bad on your credit because it would be like a repo. We were not interested anymore. But again they said we are goin got help you on your first payment because it was coming up. We had the truck with us 3 days at the most since we purchased it. So we gave them another chance.m to fix it. Dumbest mistake. To get it back the same way. It had no oil. The dipstick was almost dry. No antifreeze in the reservoir. The wipers all torn. I noticed because I rained when we drove it home yesterday. No brake fluid. I want my $4000 deposit back or to close my acct. imagine in 3 months like they say they can get us into a better vehicle and that one breaks on us. I have had a lot of patience I am done.
