I have been going back and forth with Behavioral Innovations for over a year regarding payment. There are three invoices. The first two were paid in full and my payment amounts for each match the invoice. The third invoice was initially significantly higher when it was paid, but then the invoice disappeared out of their billing system when they retracted and rebilled most of the dates of service with updated coding, which resulted in an updated third invoice for those same dates of service to appear, which had an invoice total that was significantly lower than the original amount paid. They have continued to ask me for payment of the updated invoice, but have not applied my payment from the original invoice, which will result in them owing me a refund. Original payment of $3155.18 was made on 3/5/2021 for the invoice that is now showing a total of $1560.70, a total that just recently changed because on 9/15/22 they refiled a claim for 1/14/21, which again changed the total invoice amount. They owe me a refund of $1594.48. I have provided all of the invoices and the proof of each payment to them. They have refused to take any action.
