Since this is the only barber supply shop in the *********** area, they believe they can treat their customers like s*** (excuse the language)First, I do realize some of the items purchased here are used on people and can have some sanitary issues but what store that sells new items doesnt allow refunds?They have young people working at this location and a kid, probably no older than 25 as a manager. This kid is very unprofessional and definitely didnt know nor care how to de-escalate an upset customer. I am a student ******************** and I did go into the store quickly to purchase a straight razor holder and told one of the employees to get the correct razor for the straight razor. Purchased quickly and ran out, didnt realize until the next day the young man, who didnt have any experience, gave me the wrong blades. I went into the store the following day and asked for the correct blades and asked if I could exchange the wrong blades for the correct ones and then the manager, came along and said couldnt refund, all sales final. Again, I did realize that before but I figured since the young man did recommend the wrong blades, I figured Alamo barber supply would back up their employees mistake. According to the manger, he made sure to put the blame back on me. I know the case of blades were ***** but how hard was it to just exchange the blades?? Not hard and very simple task but instead of the manger trying to deescalate the situation, he continues to argue with me and continues to put the blame on me. And doesnt care if I, the customer came back. He told me to walk out and dont have to purchase anything. I asked for the owners name and number as he had suggested to me, when I asked, he kept going around it. Then finally told me its the business number and his name is ************************** would tell me the same thing and I didnt need to call him. Well ****** if your employees act like this on your behalf, then you shouldnt be running a business.
