Their money transfer department is the worst. Paid $35 to have money transferred to an international account, which I have done on numerous occasions. FHNB couldnt get the money transferred to the account and it cost me $30 to get my money back.

When I spoke to the representative on the phone I was told that I would have to speak with the foreign bank, it was their charge to send the money back. Ive been doing business with you since ****, instead of telling me to contact the other bank you could have told me that you would waive your fee and refund me that money, but you couldnt do anything about the foreign bank fee. I would have been satisfied with that. But to tell me to contact them is unsatisfactory. I live over 20 miles from the bank and I figured it just wasnt worth the time and money that I would have to expend trying to recover the funds. If you could have done something why didnt you just deposit the fee back into my account?
