      On April 20, 2021 I received a commercial, promotional email from one of KASASA's banking customers, one in which the subject line read : " Checked in on your mental health lately? ?? Apr 20 61 KB " The email opened with a large display that encouraged people that : " It’s an important part of your overall health that’s often overlooked. Remember to take inventory of your mental health (and those around you). Not sure what to look out for? Keep reading to learn more. " In another setting encouraging people to "Check ... in on ... mental health" is good advice. The email, however, pitched KASASA financial products : "A simple way to secure a brighter future for your loved ones. Life insurance keeps their lives intact and provides for tomorrow." " Get affordable vision coverage, with savings you can see. Allowances for frames and lenses or contacts and more. " " Smile and save with in-network preventive dental cleanings covered in full. Get dental insurance that includes in-network exams and twice-yearly cleanings at no additional out-of-pocket cost. " Sure, "Kasasa Care" is the division that promoted the email. Life insurance, eye and oral care are all health related. Using Mental Health in as THE subject of the email, the lead, KASASA used that more sensitive area of good health to create the false impression that the email would be a public service communication, not a money making set of pitches. I reached out to KASASA by phone, was contacted via email by one of : " ...our Executive Vice President of Client Success here at Kasasa. ... is moving into a different role and sent me your voicemail. I was unable to reach you via phone but wanted to follow-up via email. If you can send me the email you forwarded to CS Bank I am happy to jump in and help any way I can." I sent my email protesting the Mental Health KASASA email. I also asked the rep what phone number she'd called, as I had my phone with me all day and there was no missed call. She never responded again, despite the fact that I sent another email and left a phone message. I also asked the local bank's manager to ask the KASASA rep to respond. In summary, KASASA abused the privilege of contacting banking customers and, when one of them confronted them for doing that, they ran away and hid. One aspect of mental health is honesty, the ability to recognize one's errors and move forward. KASASA failed this time. Jonny H****
