    July 13th my daughter who goes to ************************* took my car to ***** Tune Up Plus, **** Her concern was that the ** not cold, keep blowing cold then hot. They told her she needed a battery and ** evaporator Core remove and replacement. The total **** amount was $1511.45, The battery was replaced the same day and the car was dropped off 7/18 to start the ** repair. She got a call on 7/19 at 11am the car was ready for pick up and then another call at **** that ** was still blowing hot and cold and not to come. She spoke to ***** and he said the car needed a ** hose that cost $50 and they would not charge her for it. He called back on the 7/20 that car was ready for pick up. She drove the car for 3 days and the ac started doing the same thing on way back to Huntsville. She called back Monday morning and was told to drop it off. She didn't get a call back, so she called was told they was still trying to locate the problem and on Friday she was told the car need a compressor now and it would be another $400 plus labor. I called the shop at 8:05 on 8/1 and was told ***** was owner and mechanic and wouldn't be in until 12pm and he would call me back. He did call so I called at 1:24 and spoke to him and was told my car had ** problem that could have been 1 or 2 things and the first thing he replaced was only one issue. You choose the most expensive issue first and charged my daughter $756.00 worth of labor and replaced a part she didn't even need and now that car is doing the same thing. So its obvious she didn't need the first repair because the car is doing the same exact thing brought it in for. So he wouldn't give her back any money and was still had the car there for a week, so after I talked to him I told my daughter to pick up the car and we would do a complaint. He took advantage of her and never fixed her car. So now she is out $1511.45, and we will have to take the car somewhere else to get that ** fixed. He had her car for 10 day 7 changed the wrong part

    My vehicle had to go in multiple times to get the ac fixed for the same problem every time. Every time I would take it in something else would all of a sudden break while it was under their care. After the 3rd time picking up the vehicle and the check engine light was on when it was previously not questioned the owner and he immediately took offense and started cussing me and stormed off.
