            I originally took my truck , a white 2012 14 foot box truck, in to have a transmission leak fixed in May and paid **** for the leak repair. When I picked it up I commented that it was still leaking and was told it was residual leakage and to ignore it. It continued so I dropped it off again July 14th and was told he only needed a day so I planned on picking it up on the 15th in the afternoon. I was then told on the 15th that it would be ready possibly the 18th, but most likely the 19th. I told him that I urgently needed a truck to continue working, to which **** responded that I should rent a truck at my own expense. He said additional work needed to be done, but that it was all covered under warranty. Now I called back on the 19th, I was told the person working on my truck went home early so it would not be completed in time. It's now the 21st and he has still not called me, the owner of the truck. Instead he called my father and told him that I needed to pay an additional 250 to pick up my truck, and I would be charged daily parking until it was paid. I never authorized additional cosas, and was specifically told it would all be covered under warranty. I feel like I'm being extorted, and have no choice but to pay if I want my truck returned to me. I've already lost a weeks income, which they are not going to cover. I should not have even had this issue, as it should have been fixed the first time without additional work/repairs needed and an additional week without work. I'd like the ****** that he is extorting out of me to be returned.

            Eagle gave me a custom rebuilt transmission for about $4000 paid in full for my 2013 ****** Sentra. Within a few months I heard loud sounds while driving , especially while pressing accelerator. I went back to Eagle and they checked it out and said the sound was cosmetic and it was the muffler and said there was no danger driving. They directed me to the muffler shop next door if I wanted it fixed. I did not and left. The noise continued. Eagle also advised me to put in premium fuel into my tank, one in three times to help with sounds. I have been told this was bad advice since I've always used regular unleaded. I followed this advice. No change and the sounds continued. Yesterday, I visited a local tire shop to get my ac fixed and when they had the car in the air they noticed my cv axles leaking and a square shaped hole cut and bored into my engine block. A sharp tool seemed to have been used. The tire place ceased all labor and asked me to come to the back of the shop to show me the damage caused. They advised me against driving the car again as catastrophic failure could occur. The only place my car was in the air was in Eagle transmission. I went to Eagle transmission immediately to have a talk about the situation. The man there said that the employee in charge of my car during the transmission is no longer with them. My son then spoke to the manager ***************** on phone. *** was rude, uncooperative and argumentative. He refused to look into the situation and denied anything to do with damaged engine block. He said they did not have the tools to create that kind of damage, which is a lie. He also said that the man at the desk was still in training. He also said that he himself was new to the company. He did not leave any room for discussion or negotiations. After the failed discussion with the manager of Eagle transmission, I filed a police report for tampering of my engine and filed a claim with my car insurance. I have pictures of the damage.
