Well where do I start. Got my truck back after being gone on military orders for 8 months. Total was entirely too high but I said what tha hey . You get what you pay for quality not quantity right. Not so true about this business. More like quantity is their game. Over those 8 months I made continued payments because I couldnt pay $5,500 in one go. Long story short the owner shows me that he could not care less. I get back to find nothing but utter disrespect and finding out that the original associates that I started to work with where fired or quoting the owner. let go because they couldnt get you to pay up unquote. To which he said to me not only are we not going to honor our 3/36,000 mile warranty we are also not going to do anymore business with you because you drug us out so long. Now the truck I go in and take delivery of what seems to be a old beat up dodge 98 dodge dakota which in my mind its fine it was my grandfathers so what. I just cared too much to let it go. Either way when I drove it from ***** place of business which is one of his franchise, too my place of work where I came back too to continue my day to day life the truck over heated , driver side headlight wasnt working unless you use high beam and even then they where not aimed passenger side was beaming towards the sky and driver side was too far to the left. Mind you for some odd reason they took off my driver side headlight as if it was apart of the repairs. I found out about the cooling issue was that the relay to my cooling fan was intentionally left uninstalled just sitting sideways under the fuse box cover. So Im sure his manager *** wanted to make sure it was the end of my truck and that I couldnt get any repairs done. Its very obvious that the owner and his team at the *************** location would rather get my truck to RUN and DRIVE. but not be safe to operate at all. Just so I could shut up and get off their lot. Since In there words as well its was wasted space.

Unfortunately, this is not a positive review. I brought in my vehicle for preventative inspection prior to a long road trip. CBA did find a few repairs needed and I paid a total of approx. $ 648. Two days later, the largest repair (replace rear differential pinion seal) failed over 5 hours from home. I had to rent a vehicle to get home, wait for the repair to be made, and then take time off work to drive 10 hours total to retrieve my vehicle. While the main repair was covered by warranty, they rental car was not. I spent over $ ***** on rental cars during this time (nothing extravagant) only to be told by the Owner that he would pay only $ 550 due to their policy and I kept the rental 5 days longer than the repair. They completed the repair the Friday of 4th of July and were closed until the following Tuesday. I had to coordinate time off to drive 10 hours to get my car back home and got to spend an additional $ ***** for a "covered" repair by CBA. The Owner even said "well, I can't be an open checkbook", but he was asking me to be one due to a faulty repair by his company. I was very disappointed by the approach taken to "make it right" by an organization expressing Christian values on their wall. I know things happen and I would likely be out of pocket some, but this is beyond a reasonable amount.

Thank you for taking a moment to speak with me, ********. As we had discussed, your vehicle broke down in ***** after a repair at my ****. Our ***** **** repaired the car. I paid the ***** store for the complete repair of your vehicle, I reimbursed you for the towing, and reimbursed you for 11 days of the rental car while the vehicle was in the ****. Unfortunately, the vehicle broke down out of town and you kept the rental car an extra 10 days after the repair was complete. We understand you're upset that we did not reimburse you for the extra days you kept the rental vehicle, but we're confident we did everything possible to earn your satisfaction. We wish you well with your future automotive needs. Respectfully, Christian Brothers Alamo Heights
