The customer is not always right at **********************, **************************************************************. In fact, the customer is not even once right!I just about drove my brand new SUV directly from the dealership to Mothers on December 22, 2022 to have window tinting applied, as I have with my other car. On December 24, 2022, I discovered damage to an interior quarter trim panel of my brand-new vehicle, precisely in the area where the installer had worked. That same day, *****************************, Mothers manager, courteously acknowledged the damage and had me submit the estimate/invoice for repair, indicating he would submit it for reimbursement. I gave ********* the estimate on December 30, 2022 and the invoice on January 11, 2023.I returned to Mothers on February 11, 2023 to check the status of my reimbursement. Although previously supportive, ********* now shillyshallied, telling me I must contact ******************* to inquire about the reimbursement. I spoke with ****** by telephone on February 14, 2023 when ****** returned to work. ****** denied Mothers responsibility for the damage claiming he had spoken with the installer and that it was impossible the installer could have damaged that particular interior quarter trim panel, despite the panel being precisely in the area where the installer had worked.Someone is lying.The customer is not always right at **********************, **************************************************************. In fact, the customer is not even once right!

The damage ****************** refers to was likely caused by cargo shoved into the cargo area of his vehicle. Plastic water bottles and rubber squeegees do not damage the vehicles we work on. We take great measures to insure that our process is safe and reliable. Our team tinted all the windows of his car without any issue that would give credence to Mr. ******** complaint.
