I bought a truck from ************** w a warranty which covered transmission issues. the transmission began have issues so I returned the truck to the dealer who took my truck to Walker County Transmission. The truck was returned and the drive shaft fell out on my way to work the very next day I had to wait for a wrecker to come get my truck and get a loaner car. From that day forward the truck would be at that shop for a month or more I would have to pay my truck note and not have my truck. I drove a loaner a lot, each time the truck was returned to me it was returned back to the shop within 3 months. I paid the truck off early questioning warranty info for the transmission work from Walker County Transmission. I took my truck back to the dealer 2ce and picked it up from the transmission shop. I asked the shop how much they told me 0. I gratefully thanked them. Two weeks later the dealer called telling me I owed them $250 for the $500 bill from the shop. 2 months later the transmission went out. I skipped calling the dealer and went straight to ***** the owner. I asked him why my transmission kept going out and asked him if I could bring it to him due to the confusion of the last bill w dealership. I had to return the truck in Aug. They told me a few weeks later that the truck was ready but that I could not pick it up until ***** was there unlike the typical pickup. When I finally got a ride to the shop ***** explained he kept the truck because I asked for him to work on it for free which I did not I explained I had been laid off and was curious of the warranty on the transmission work he had on my truck. He told me he rebuilt the entire transmission,said it would shift hard in 2nd gear for a few months but should smooth out. He told me he never wanted to see me or my truck in his shop again. By December 8th the truck finally stopped running in the middle of the road. The transmission is completely out and they put zip ties under the truck connecting my gears.
