I waited until I took my truck into MD Auto for a few repairs before making any review. I check BBB's reviews (and make them) because they are more reliable than many fake online ones or reviews at the seller's website. MD Auto fixed problems on my truck three times. Two of these I knew about already, but previous auto shops could not or was not able to fix. My truck is 33 years old. It's hard to find parts. They found the part (muffler) that would fit with some modifications to the exhaust system. They also diagnosed this intermittent noise that I have been having for awhile. It was a wheel bearing. They also diagnosed another whining noise, which was a power steering pump going bad. I have taken my truck to the dealership as well as a number of auto shops. I think MD Auto is the real deal. It's the best auto shop I've taken my truck to so far (in 33 years).Review from KC

My family have been taking our cars to MD for 8 years and every time we go we are blown away at their professionalism, thoroughness, and customer service. They give a full and detailed look over everything and then explain in a way that is easy to understand what is causing the problem as well as other issues that might come ** in the next few months or so. They never once make me feel any pressure to have any extra work done, but they give a heads ** that in 6 months or when the weather heats up the part will definitely be a problem. It gives me time to prepare for that repair when inevitably I feel the squeek or grinding of what they warned me about, usually right at the time they predicted it would. I appreciate that they help give me a heads up so I can budget accordingly rather than be surprised and have to put car repairs on credit cards.MD consistently goes above and beyond the service that we have received at any other shop and are grateful we have friends we can trust to help keep our car running safely.
