i was scammed , i told them what was wrong with my truck , i took it back atleast 4 times in 2022 and paid for parts that were not put on my truck. Now i have to pay another mechanic to do what i paid them to do and more due the other damage they have now caused

I been going to Jesse Britts for years, and never had a problem until recently. My wife purchased me a set of black slotted rotors for Christmas and I went to Jesse to have them installed. I was told sense I had my own rotors and brake pads it was gone cost me 80 dollars for labor. I left my car @ the shop and caught a Uber home. A couple hrs later I got a call stating that the front rotors i provided didnt fit and they would have to charge me an extra 79 dollars pair rotor for the front two making the total 292 after tax. I agreed they notified me my car would be ready the following morning. When I came in the next day my total was 492 dollars, I was shocked I asked why the 200 dollar difference I was told, because none of the rotors I brought in fit my vehicle. I was highly upset cause nobody called before hand and told me about an extra 200 dollar charge, plus the person I spoke to the day before already said the back rotors I provided fit the and was on the vehicle. So that was obviously a lie. Long story short I paid the 492 even though I was mad, cause in my mind I was gone just send the rotors my wife got me back and receive a full refund. Plus I could tell the rotors Jesse provided was new even though it wasnt what I wanted or asked them to install. So when I got in my car to leave I noticed it was only two rotors and one brake pad in the passenger seat. I asked where are the other two rotors I brought in that didnt fit. They told me it was on my car. Now Im not a mechanic but Im sure if I gave you a all black rotor its not gone turn silver off a test drive but they swore it did. So we went back and forth and got nowhere the end result was Jesse telling me to call my lawyer call and we can handle it in court. Ill never do business with Jesse britts again please avoid.

I was over charged for damage they caused to my vehicle **** service mgr stated clearly on my paper work due to prior work done on my car in April that had failed cause the damage as of now to my car that needs a motor from their neglected repair
