Took our 2014 Dodge truck due to a ticking noise that was occurring. After 3 months with our truck the noise is still there. After getting no where with the shop and them telling us that we needed an entirely new motor, we notified them that we would be picking up the truck, we were told that they had taken the motor out of the truck and it would cost us $200 in labor to put the truck back together, this was on top of the $3500 we had already paid. After getting the truck back we decided to take a look at our dash cam footage and it showed that someone had taken our truck for a drive and was speeding on the access road of the highway. Speed limit is 45 and the truck was taken up to almost 70mph on the access road. Then it shows where the person driving was going over speed bumps at about 45 mph, he had all our windows down and our stereo blasting. When I asked why the windows were rolled down they said it was because they were listening for the noise the truck was making. So I asked about the stereo and they said it was probably because the person wanted to hear just how good the system was. I explained it was the standard stereo that comes with the truck. I was very disappointed and very upset that our truck was treated the way it was. We have no way of knowing if they caused more damage than before.

Ms J****** sorry you feel you had a bad experience at Go-Pro Automotive as we discussed before we did not diagnose the vehicle your son Christian who works at ******** said he had already diagnosed problem and brought his own parts for us to install. We did not charge you $3500.00 we charged you for labor on camshaft and lifters that your son had brought us after work was done noise was still there my technician took it on an appropriate test drive to try and pin point noise (not at the speed you say ). A day later you and Mr J****** came in I myself explained to y’all it was the bottom half of engine making noise and Christian had misdiagnosed y’all agreed for us to get the job done so we started working on it slowly as we were told by you and Mr J****** y’all would be working on getting funds for repairs a few days later Christian came in said put truck back together cause y’all had bought another we only charged you for what we had torn down and gave you a discount from $350.00 down to $200.00 we never took out your engine. I’m sorry you feel you had a bad experience with us but if you come get your vehicles serviced with us you would see we are great technicians and great people . Your issues started with your son Christian misdiagnosing of your vehicle we only did what he asked us to do . If there’s any way I can help let me know thank you. Albert S******* Shop *******
